1/15/2024 0 Comments Insync analytics jobs![]() ![]() ![]() Provide support to HRBP to ensure TM data accuracy.Submit timely and accurate HR TM and Talent Pool data.Provide accurate HR reports and data analysis as required.Support in organizing Regional TM initiatives and events (example yearly Regional Leadership program).Working closely with India Talent Management Head on Talent Management related projects and initiatives.Support and coordinate initiatives and activities related to Talent Management, providing the relevant coordination within HR community.Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datapoints.Proactively anticipate requirement for planned and adhoc clean-up of data and repositories.Support Retention interventions by working and sharing the analysis of Quarterly Cold attrition survey results.Develop and continuously improve the People analytics strategy and approach reflecting the latest trend in analytics best practices.Work with HR Process & Tool to promote data governance and stewardship to improve overall data quality on people topics.Serve as an internal expert in HR Community to coach HR colleagues to use and interpretate people data and metrics encourage the adaption of data mindset when making decision provide training for People Analytics self-service tools (ex.Prepare and work on people analytics projects, including but not limited to: Alstom Yearly People Review Meeting, Yearly Employee Engagement Survey, Competency Mapping, and regular Analytics for HR KPIs.Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR Director India and leadership team to propose recommendations and influence change related to People topics.Generate People Analytics based on multiple internal and external data sources and convert into compelling visual stories.Develop a good level of understanding of the business challenges, organization structure & talent issues to identify relevant analytics needs.Design and establish meaningful metrics and dashboards to report on monthly basis, in order to monitor important people metrics and the progress for Alstom People Strategy KPI.APAC People Analytics & Talent Management.Talent Management / Learning & Development team.The incumbent is also instrumental in supporting the People Management Cycle and Talent Management data analytics besides working with stakeholders on various HR Projects & Initiatives, Support Employer Branding initiatives and any other tasks which require data management and analytics. The role is critical in facilitating the understanding of data analytics through past trends, impact on the current period as well as anticipating future business scenarios.
